OxyGo Fit Replacement Columns, Pair
Want to keep your OxyGo FIT running at it's best? Then make sure you keep that way by replacing the sieve beds (columns) on a regular basis. Easy to replace Columns let you do the work yourself without the need to send the machine into a repair shop. Sold as a pair, you'll always want to replace both columns at the same time.
As you know, all machines have working parts, and all of them need to be routinely serviced to remain in optimal condition. The columns in the OxyGo FIT will wear down after prolonged use. We recommend replacing the columns every 12 months to ensure your unit is working the best that it possibly can. Depending on circumstances, you might need to replace them sooner. Your OxyGo FIT will notify you know when it is time to replace the columns. Clear step-by-step instructions enable you to easily switch out the column pair without tools.

The removable metal columns provide a quick and easy way to service your OxyGo Fit without having to send in the product for repair. Sold and used as a pair, the columns contain the sieve beds that convert normal air with lower levels of oxygen concentration to supply a high concentration of oxygen. These sieve beds wear down after prolonged use. Compatible with OxyGo Fit and Inogen One G4.Replacing Columns Instructions:
- Turn off the OxyGo concentrator by pressing the power button
- Remove the concentrator from the carry case, if applicable
- Remove the battery from the concentrator by pressing and holding the battery latch button and sliding the battery off
- Place the concentrator on its side so that the underside is visible. The metal column assembly can be seen on one side of the device
- Unlock the column assembly by pushing the latch button away from the columns
- While holding the button open, slide the column assembly out of the device by pulling on the column pull handle
- Remove the columns completely from the device, both columns are removed as one piece
- Remove the four dust caps, two at the top of the columns and two near the bottom, making sure there is no dust or debris where the dust caps were located
- As soon as the dust caps are removed, insert the column assembly into the OxyGo.
- Push the column assembly into the device such that the columns are fully seated into the OxyGo and the spring loaded latch button has fully returned to the closed position.
Once columns are replaced with new columns, reset the system software by performing the following reset operation:
- Turn off the concentrator and plug in external power.
- Hold the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons down for 5 seconds.
- When “Sieve Reset” appears on the LCD screen, press the mode button to confirm. This resets the system software.
Press the power button to resume normal use of the concentrator.
